A 6-floor practice built around three things: deep plane facelift by a 32-year surgeon, autologous SVF cell work processed in its own laboratory, and body contouring. Held JCI accreditation 2015 to 2018.
Chin and submental liposuction in Korea costs roughly 1.5 to 2.5 million KRW (about 1,100 to 1,900 USD), making it the most accessible entry point into surgical body contouring. The procedure takes under an hour, and a compression band is worn under the chin for two to three weeks.

Submental liposuction removes the fat pad under the chin that blurs the jawline. A single incision under the chin, and sometimes two more behind the ears, gives access to the whole submental and upper neck area. The procedure works when the fullness is fat. Where it comes from a receded chin, loose platysma muscle bands or lax skin, liposuction alone will underdeliver, and chin augmentation or a neck lift is the honest answer. Korean surgeons commonly combine submental liposuction with chin implant or filler work for that reason.
Jawline definition is a central concern in the Korean aesthetic market, which means submental work is high volume and priced accordingly. Clinics here routinely combine it with jawline botulinum toxin, chin filler or a small implant in the same visit, and they are used to assessing whether the fullness is fat at all rather than treating every case as liposuction. The short operating time and local anesthesia keep the cost at a level where it functions as an entry procedure.
The cheapest surgical liposuction area, though the price rises when the neck is included or when a chin implant is added in the same session.

Almost every liposuction and general plastic surgery clinic in the Gangnam corridor offers it, so availability is not the constraint. The judgement is: ask the surgeon to tell you honestly whether your fullness is fat, skin or bone position. A clinic that quotes for liposuction without examining chin projection is not doing that assessment.
The recovery is short but the compression band under the chin is visible, which is the practical constraint.
The shortest stay of any procedure here: four to five days is enough, and the incision is a few millimetres. The compression band is the awkward part, since it wraps around the head and is not discreet. Most patients wear it continuously for the first week including on the flight home.
Tilt your head back and look in profile. Fat stays as a distinct pad; laxity flattens out and shows as loose skin. The surgeon's examination settles it, and the answer determines whether liposuction is the right operation at all.
In patients under about forty-five with good elasticity, the skin retracts. Beyond that, removing the fat pad can reveal laxity that the fat was holding out, and a neck lift is the procedure that addresses that.
No. Injection lipolysis breaks down small amounts of fat over several sessions with no incision. Liposuction removes the fat pad in one operation with a more definite and more predictable result. For a substantial submental pad, injections generally underdeliver.
Continuously for the first week, then at night for a further one to two weeks. Skipping it prolongs swelling and can compromise how the skin redrapes.
