A 6-floor practice built around three things: deep plane facelift by a 32-year surgeon, autologous SVF cell work processed in its own laboratory, and body contouring. Held JCI accreditation 2015 to 2018.
Arm liposuction in Korea costs roughly 2 to 4 million KRW (about 1,500 to 3,000 USD). It is the shortest liposuction procedure and the fastest to recover from, with most patients back at a desk within three days, but the arm shows skin laxity more readily than any other area, so candidacy depends heavily on skin tone.

Arm liposuction targets fat on the back and side of the upper arm between the shoulder and elbow, and clinics frequently extend into the armpit and the fold where the arm meets the chest, since treating the arm alone can leave that bulge more visible. The procedure removes fat but does not tighten skin. On an arm with good elasticity the skin retracts well over two to three months. On an arm where laxity is already present, removing fat can leave the skin hanging more obviously, and an arm lift is the operation that addresses that instead.
Arm work in Korea is often performed under local anesthesia with sedation as a same-day procedure, which keeps both cost and recovery low. The technical emphasis here is on leaving an even, thin layer rather than maximum removal, because the arm is thin-skinned and irregularity shows immediately. Several Gangnam clinics treat the arm, armpit and chest transition as one continuous zone rather than as separate priced areas, which produces a better line than treating the arm in isolation.
The arm is one of the cheaper areas because operating time is short. Adding the armpit and the anterior fold raises the price modestly and is usually worth it for the resulting line.
| Area | Typical range (KRW) | USD estimate |
|---|---|---|

| Arm with armpit | 2.5M - 4.0M | $1,900 - $3,000 |
| Arm, armpit and chest fold | 3.0M - 5.0M | $2,200 - $3,700 |
| Arm with VASER | 3.0M - 5.5M | $2,200 - $4,100 |
| Arm lift (surgical, for loose skin) | 4.0M - 8.0M | $3,000 - $6,000 |

Most liposuction clinics in the Gangnam corridor perform arm work routinely and pricing is competitive. Because the procedure is short and done under sedation, it fits easily into a compressed trip. Ask whether the quote includes the armpit and chest transition, and ask to see photos of arms with skin quality similar to yours rather than the clinic's best cases.
The fastest recovery of the major liposuction areas, though raising the arms above shoulder height is uncomfortable for the first week.
This is the easiest liposuction area to fit into a short trip. Four to five days is realistic: consultation and surgery on consecutive days, one dressing check, then fly. Handling luggage is awkward for the first week, so travel light or arrange help. The compression sleeve is worn under clothing and is not conspicuous.
It depends on the skin you start with. Good elasticity retracts over two to three months. Where laxity is already present, removing the fat underneath can make it more visible, and an arm lift with its scar along the inner arm is the alternative.
Light activity from day three, upper body training at four to six weeks. Overhead movement is uncomfortable before then regardless of what you are permitted to do.
Usually yes. Treating the arm and leaving the armpit and the fold at the chest untouched often makes that area look more prominent by comparison. Confirm what the quoted price covers.
Incisions are a few millimetres, placed at the elbow crease and inside the armpit fold. They fade to near-invisible within a year.
